(Council) Recommendation: Bell City Council should direct staff to expedite review of expenses incurred for legal services and ask for details of existing payment arrangement with Ateshire & Wynder, LLP and other similar arrangements, if any.
Consideration of a Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Cudahy - Fixed Route Transit (Council) Recommendation: Approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Bell and the City of Cudahy for the creation of a collaborative Fixed Route Transit System.
Financial Audil Services Contract with Maciash Gin! & O'Connell, LLP in the amount of S60.000 for Bell Successor Agency Due Dilligence Reports (Council)
Approval of contract with Lance, Soil & Lunghard, LLP, Certified Public Accountants, for Accounting Consultation Services In the amount of $24,500 (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to contract for services with Lance, Soil & Lunghard, LLP for accounting services in the amount of $24,500.
One-Year Extension of Contract for Tree Maintenance Services-FY 2013-14 (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement with West Coast Arborists, Inc. for tree maintenance services for FY 2013-14 In an amount not to exceed $60,000 with a one-year renewal option.
Two-Year Contract Extension with BrealT for Information Technology Management Services in the amount of $180,000 (Council) Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to sign a two-year contract for services with BrealT for Fiscal Year 2014 and Fiscal Year 2015.
Approval of the Engineer's Report and setting the Public Hearing to consider annual assessments within the City Wide Landscape and Lighting Maintenance District with no increase in assessments {Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 2013-17 approving the FY 2013/14 Engineer's Report for the Cttywide Landscape and Lighting District; and 2} Adopt Resolution No. 2013-18 setting July 17, 2013 for a separate Public Hearing to consider the levying and collection of assessments within the above' described Assessment District.
