Designation of Voting Delegates and Alternates to the League of California Cities (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council appoint a voting delegate and alternate to attend the League of California Cities annual conference from September 3-5, 2014.
Establishing the City of Bell Audit Committee (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 2014-21 Establishing the City of Bell Audit Committee; 2. Adopt Administrative policy "Policy for City of Bell Audit Committee," setting forth the guidelines for the activities and responsibilities of the Audit Committee; 3. That the Mayor appoint a minimum of three members to the Audit Committee, including a minimum of two members of the City Council.
