(Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council authorize a budget amendment and appropriation in the amount of $185,240 from the Landscape and Lighting District Fund reserves to the Landscape and Lighting District Fund activity line item for the Gage tree planting project.
Approval of Animal Control Contract with Los Angeles County Department of Animal Control effective December 1, 2014 to June 30, 2019.(Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: a. Authorize the City Manager to sign the Animal Control Contract with Los Angeles County Department of Animal Control effective December 1, 2014 through June 30, 2019. b. Funding for this expenditure was allocated in Fiscal year 2014-2015. Upon approval of this contract, staff requests permission to allocate funding accordingly to the following budgets: FY 2015-16, 2016-2017, 2017-2018, and 2018-2019.
