(Planning Commission) Recommendation: It is recommended that the Planning Commission: a. Open a public hearing; and b. Continue the public hearing to February 11, 2015.
Consideration of Resolution No. 2015-05-PC denying Conditional Use Permit 2014-05 to allow a small recycling collection facility to be located within an existing 5,250 square foot commercial building located at 5121 Gave Avenue. (Planning Commission) Recommendation: It is recommended that the Planning Commission: a. Open a public hearing; and b. Continue the public hearing to February 11, 2015.
Consideration of Resolution No. 2015-06, Supporting the Earned Income Tax Credit and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. (Council) Recommendation: Read by title only and waive further reading and adopt Resolution 2015-06 titled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL, CALIFORNIA, SUPPORTING THE EARNED INCOME TAX CREDIT AND THE VOLUNTEER INCOME TAX ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
Consideration of a First Amendment to a Professional Services Agreement with Hilda Estrada for Interpretation Services at City Council Meetings. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Hilda Estrada for the term January 1, 2015 through April 30, 2015.
Approval of Settlement Agreements with former City Employees Anthony Miranda and Ty Henshaw. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the Settlement Agreements with former public safety employees Anthony Miranda and Ty Henshaw to resolve their employment contract disputes with the City.
6. Review of the Bell Municipal Code - Chapter 3.12 Purchasing. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council receive and file this report. 7.
