(Planning Commission) Recommendation: it is recommended that the Planning Commission: a. Continue the public hearing indefinitely; b. Allow the applicant to apply for a variance within 90 days of February 11, 2015; and c. Direct staff to reissue public hearing notices and present the request for the conditional use permit and variance for Planning Commission consideration at a future date. 2. Approve the construction contract with CEM Construction Corporation in the amount of $199,050.00 for the CDBG Curb Ramp project; and 2, Authorize the City Engineer to approve the expenditure of a construction contingency, if necessary, not to exceed $10% of the contract amount or $19,905.00 for change orders and other unforeseen construction work that may be required to complete the project.

(Council) Recommendation: it is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Swagit Production LLC, to extend the term of the agreement for an additional year to commence on February 7, 2015.
