Authorize the Police Chief to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Los Angeles Department of Mental Health (DMH) for the purpose of forming a mental health evaluation unit in the Southeast region to assist law enforcement in providing mental health services. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: Approve the MCA with the Los Angeles Department of Mental Health ("DMH"), in substantially the same form as submitted herewith, and authorize the Police Chief to execute the MOA on behalf of the City.
Report on SCAG Sustainability Grant for City's General Plan, Circulation Element Update, Bike Master Plan and Environmental Impact Report. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council receive and file this report.
Contract for Interim-Community Development Director. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the agreement with Clifford W. Graves.
Amicus Brief in Support of President Obama's Executive Action on Immigration. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the Mayor and City Attorney to sign on to the amicus brief in support of President Obama's Executive Action on Immigration.

(Council) Recommendation: That the City Council approve the Settlement Agreement with Plaintiff David Mango ("Plaintiff') to resolve the employment termination dispute alleged in DAVID MANGO v. CITY OF MAYWOOD et al., USDC Case No. :CV11-05641 GW (FFMx). 7. Fund Trade Agreement between the City of Maywood and the City of Bell, California.
