California Department of General Services/Office of Administrative Hearings Standard Agreement to furnish the services of Administrative Law Judged for the purpose of conducting administrative hearings. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Per BMC 3.12.080 Exceptions to Formal Bidding Requirements, Professional and Persona! Services Procurement, authorize an exception from the formal bidding requirements and enter into an agreement with the California Department of General Services/Office of Administrative Hearings to furnish the services of Administrative Law Judges for the purpose of conducting administrative hearings with the following terms: five year contract in amount not to exceed $48,000. 2, Authorize the Interim-City Manager to sign and execute the California Department of General Services/Office of Administrative Hearings' Standard Agreement, and authorize the Finance Director to make the budget appropriations from the City's FY14-15 budget Non-Departmental Fund Professional Services account to the Human Resources Division Professional Services line item in the amount of $15,000 for FY 12-15 contract costs.
Authorize the Police Chief to enter into a one-year contract with Bell Service Center for the purpose of maintaining the City vehicle fleet in order to provide sufficient time to go out on a Request for Proposal (RFP) bidding process. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the one-year contract with Bell Service Center for the purpose of maintaining the City vehicle fleet,
