Business Calendar Review of Fiscal Year 15-16 Proposed Budget. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council receive and file.
Contract Amendment for Engineering Services with Interwest Consulting Group. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 3, extending the engineering services contract with the Interwest Consulting Group for two additional years.
Approve an Agreement with Los Angeles County for the Installation of Traffic Signal Equipment at Various Signalized Intersections Throughout the City at No Cost to the City. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the attached Cooperative Agreement with Los Angeles County to install traffic signal equipment at signalized intersections throughout the City.
Award a Contract for Spanish Translation and Interpretation Services to Hilda Estrada. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council award a contract for Spanish Translation and Interpretation Services to Hilda Estrada in an amount not to exceed $48,300.
Extension of Contract for Street Sweeping, Sidewalk Cleaning, and Bus Shelter Cleaning Services. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 1, extending the contract for street sweeping, sidewalk cleaning, and bus shelter cleaning services to July 18,2017.
Agreement with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore for employment relations training and consulting services. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the contract with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore for special services in the amount of $3,210.
Adopting a Paid Sick Leave Poiicy Pursuant to the Healthy Workplace Healthy Family Act of 2014 (AB 1522) for Unrepresented Part-Time and Temporary Employees.
