Business Calendar Extension of Contract for Street Sweeping, Sidewalk Cleaning, and Bus Shelter Cleaning Services. (Council) Recommendation: it is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 1, extending the contract for street sweeping, sidewalk cleaning, and bus shelter cleaning services to July 18, 2017.
Lease Agreement of Office Space for Housing Staff at the James George Bell House. (Council/Bell Community Housing Authority) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve a lease agreement, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney and further authorize the Interim City Manager to execute said agreement.
Stop Services for Delinquent Refuse Accounts. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Waive further reading and introduce the ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL, CALIFORNIA, ADDING TO THE BELL MUNICIPAL CODE, TITLE I, CHAPTER 8.24, A NEW SECTION 8.24.082 RATE ADJUSTMENTS SUBJECT TO PROPOSITION 218, AND DELINQUENT FEES ESTABLISHED AS LIENS AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND COLLECTED WITH PROPERTY TAXES 2.
