Resolution No. 2015-23 - Accept the CDBG ADA Curb Ramp Project as Complete, authorize staff to file the Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles County Recorder, and authorize staff to release retention thirty five (35) days after the filing of the Notice of Completion.
