Public Hearing The following items have been posted as a Public Hearing as required by taw. The Mayor will open the meeting to receive public testimony only on the Public Hearing item. 1. Resolution No. 2015-38- A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Bell, California confirming special assessments and authorizing the recordation of liens against various real properties in the City of Bell for delinquent rubbish collection charges. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution No. 2015-38, confirming special assessments and authorizing the recordation of liens against the respective properties as identified in Exhibit "A" of the resolution for any unpaid account for rubbish collection services.
