Reduce the Dial-A-Ride services only to seniors and individuals with disabilities effective Tuesday, October 5, 2015. b. Establish a monthly cap amount for Metro bus pass sales in the amounts of 220 for seniors, 50 for disabled, College/Vocational students and K-12 respectively, effective Friday, October 25, 2015. c. Increase the fare rate for the Fixed Route, "La Campana" from .25 cents to .50 cents effective Tuesday, October 5, 2015. d. Establish a $5.00 ID card renewal fee for all Dial-A-Cab participants on a yearly basis effective Thursday, October 5, 2015.
