(Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council amend the General Fund expenditure budget for projects at Veterans Memorial Park through the Maintenance and Servicing Grant No. 58B1-95-0384 in order to advance funds from the General Fund Reserve to the Prop A Maintenance and Servicing Fund Account in the amount of $232,407.
