Amendment to Fiscal Year 2015-16 Adopted Budget. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council amend the General Fund expenditure for the Police Department to enforce traffic laws impacting the reduction of traffic collisions and injuries through an Office of Safety Traffic (OTS) grant.
Establishment of the Planning Commission. (Council) Recommendation: The City Attorney recommends for: 1. City Staff to conduct a town hal! type meeting to discuss the planning commission, its role in the community, how it functions and how interested persons may apply; and 2. The City Council to provide further information to the City Attorney for drafting of the ordinance.
Amendment to Fiscal Year 2015-16 Adopted Budget to appropriate funds for Facility Roof Repairs. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Direct the City Manager and City Engineer to create a Capital Improvement Project to replace and repair the roof for the following City Facilities; City Hall complex, Police Station, and the Beil Community Center. 2.
