Business Calendar Exclusive Negotiation Agreement for 6501 Atlantic Avenue. (Council) Recommendation; It is recommended that the Successor Agency approve the Exclusive Negotiation Agreement with Seagrove LA, LLC on 6501 Atlantic Avenue
Award of a Contract to Fisher Contractor, Inc for Roof Repairs to various City-owned Facilities. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Award Fisher Contractor, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $133,090.00 for the roof repairs to City-owned Facilities as specified in the scope of services contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP); 2. Authorize the approval of the agreement subject to the City Attorney's review and acceptance.
Acceptance of Donation of Three (3) New Police Vehicles. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager, Chief of Police, and the City Attorney to coordinate with an anonymous donor to facilitate the unconditional gift of three new police vehicles to the City at no cost to the City.
Notice to Intent to Withdraw From The Los Angeles Regional Interoperable Communications System (LA-RICS). (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to issue a notice to the Los Angeles Interoperable Communications System (LA-RICS) Joint powers Authority of determination to withdraw from the LA-RICS JPA board.
Bell Community Center Fire Restoration Project Close Out. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Read by title only, waive further reading, and adopt resolution 2015-56 titled: RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL AUTHORIZING A FY 2015-16 BUDGET AMENDMENT TO APPROPRIATE $553,887.18 FROM THE GENERAL FUND UNRESTRICTED FUND BALANCE TO THE NON-DEPARTMENTAL CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND
Consideration of City Council Meeting Dates For Balance Of Calendar Year. 1. Regular meeting scheduled for November 25, 2015 be cancelled; and, that the Council give direction for the meetings scheduled for December 9, 2015 and December 23, 2015; and 2. Council consider scheduling discussion of the proposed Emergency Operations Plan.
Councilmember Valencia's Resignation to Several Committees. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the Council discuss amongst each other who can serve on the various committees that Councilmember Valencia attended
