Read by title only, waive further reading, and adopt Resolution 2015-56 titled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL AUTHORIZING A FY 2015-16 BUDGET AMENDMENT TO APPROPRIATE $326,530.83 FROM THE GENERAL FUND UNRESTRICTED FUND BALANCE TO THE RISK MANAGEMENT DIVISION CSD FIRE RECOVERY PROJECT FUND 2. Authorize Payment in the Amount of $326,530.83 to Belfor for Phase 1 work.
Consideration to Cancel the December 23, 2015 City Council Meeting. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council cancel the meeting scheduled on December 23, 2015,
