Conduct the public hearing for appropriation of the Fiscal Year 2016-17 Community Development Block Grant Program; b. Provide direction to staff concerning the options presented; and c. Continue the Public Hearing to January 27, 2016 for adoption of a Resolution identifying and approving the CDBG projects and budget for the 2016-17 Program Year.
2. Consulting Services Agreement with Rosenow Spevacek Group, Inc. (RSG) for Housing Authority and Housing Successor Annual Reports. (Council/ Bell Community Housing Authority) Recommendation: It is recommended that the Housing Authority Board: 1. Approve a consulting services agreement with RSG, Inc. for a not to exceed cost of $13,500;and 2. Authorize the Executive Director to execute the agreement. 3. Authorize the Police Chief to hire an overfill sworn position. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve and authorize the Police Chief to hire an overfill sworn position.
