Consulting Services Agreement with Rosenow Spevacek Group, Inc. (RSG) for Successor Agency Administrative Consulting Services. (Council) Meeting of the Bell City Council and Related Agencies February 10, 2016 Page 2 of 4 Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve a consulting services agreement with RSG, Inc. for a not to exceed cost of $40,000; and 2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement.
Introduction of Ordinance No. 1212 pertaining to Adoption of the 2013 California Building Codes. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Read by title only, waive further reading, and introduce Ordinance No. 1212 titled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTIONS 15.04.010, 15.04.020, 15.08.010, 15.08.020, 15.12,010, 15.12.020, 15.12.030, 15.16.010, 15.16.020, 15.16.030 AND 8.16.010 OF THE BELL CITY CODE BY ADOPTING THE 2013 EDITIONS OF THE CALIFORNIA CODES AND RELATED MODEL CODES WITH APPENDICES AND AMENDMENTS THERETO 2.
