(Planning Commission) Recommendation: It is recommended that the Planning Commission open the public hearing and continue the public hearing to the March 23, 2016 City Council Meeting.
Authorize the Police Chief to sign an MOU with the Taskforce for Regional Auto Theft (TRAP) and hire an overfill sworn positon to replace the Taskforce officer. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve and authorize the Police Chief to sign a three-year MOU with the Taskforce for Regional Auto Theft (TRAP) and hire an over fill sworn position to replace the assigned Taskforce officer.
Resolution 2016-06 - Requesting Los Angeles County Transportation Authority to Fund Eco-Rapid Transit and its Members to Engage in Predevelopment Transit Infrastructure Planning. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council read by title only, waive further reading, and adopt Resolution 201Q-06 titled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL, CALIFORNIA REQUESTING LOS ANGELES COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY TO FUND ECO-RAPID TRANSIT AND ITS MEMBERS TO ENGAGE IN THE PREDEVELOPMENT TRANSIT INFRASTRUCTURE PLANNING
Resolution No. 2016-09 - Accept the Roof Repairs to various City-owned Facilities as Complete, authorize staff to file the Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles County Recorder, Resolution No. 2016-10 - transfer the balance of the project funds of $112,917 into General Fund Reserve, and authorize staff to release retention thirty five (35) days after the filing of the Notice of Completion (NOC).
