Authorize the Police Chief to sign an MOU with the Taskforce for Regional Auto Theft (TRAP) and hire an over fill sworn position to replace the Taskforce officer. (Council) Recommendation; It is recommended that the City Council Approve and authorize the Police Chief to sign a three-year MOU with the Taskforce for Regional Auto Theft (TRAP) and hire an over fill sworn position to replace the assigned Taskforce officer.
