Exclusive Negotiation Agreement for 6501 Atlantic Avenue. (Council/Successor Agency to the former Community Redevelopment Agency) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council and Successor Agency approve the Exclusive Negotiation Agreement with Arroyo Seco, LLC for city-owned and Successor Agency on 6501 Atlantic Avenue (Project Site).
Authorize the Mayor to sign a joint letter with the Southeast Member Cities of the Gateway Region to request that Caltrans maintain the freeway on/off ramps. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council authorize the Mayor to sign the attached letter addressed to Caltrans
