(Council/Successor Agency to the former Community Redevelopment Agency) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council and Successor Agency approve the Exclusive Negotiation Agreement with Arroyo Seco, LLC for city-owned and Successor Agency on 6501 Atlantic Avenue (Project Site).
