(Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council receive a presentation from staff and the Residential Code Compliance Task Force members and provide staff with direction on policy recommendations regarding the City's Municipal Code for three specific areas of concern: Garage Conversion, Driveway Additions and Unpermitted Structures
Discussion and Direction on the use and sale of fireworks in the City of Bell. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommenced that the City Council discuss the options provided and give direction to staff in relation to the use and sales of fireworks in the City of Bell.
