Community Services Director- Salary scale adjustment and authorization of one (1) new Recreation Supervisor Position. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: a. Approved the job description for the Community Services Director. b. Amend the Salary Resolution 2016-20 to include the new salary for Community Services Director to a yearly amount of $108,000, and authorize the inclusion of the new salary for the Community Services Director in the next salary resolution to be adopted by the City Council. c. Authorize the Finance Department to appropriate the costs of the position to the General Ledger for the period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. d. Authorize the inclusion of one (1) new approved position of Recreation Supervisor in the Community Services Department in the FY 2016/2017 budget and approve the filling of the new authorized position.
