Discussion and options for Bell Skate Park. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council select one of the following five options in regards to the status of the bell skate park. The Community Services Department (CSD) recommends option #5: 1. Option #1 would leave the skate park area non-operational. There would be no Fiscal Impact. 2. Option #2 would reopen the skate park with staff supervision on designated hours and days. City Council would need to appropriate $37,331.44 to the Community Services Department expenditure accounts (as stipulated by Finance Director) from the general fund reserves. 3. Option #3 would reopen the skate park with no staff supervision on designated hours and days.
