(Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution 2020-09 titled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL AUTHORIZING FY 2019-20 BUDGET AMENDMENTS TO TRANSFER $370,400.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND RESERVES TO THE GENERAL FUND OPERATING ACCOUNTS AND REDUCE THE CAPITAL PROJECT FUND BY $1,853,103
Approve Revised City Speed Hump Policy. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve a revision to the City's current Speed Hump Policy; and 2. Read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution 2020-12 titled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL ESTABLISHING MODIFIED PROCEDURES AND CRITERIA FOR THE INSTALLATION, REMOVAL OR REPLACEMENT OF SPEED HUMPS ON LOCAL STREETS
Approve Amendment No. 2 with Chandler Asset Management for Investment Advisory Services extending the term for two (2) more years from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2022 without changes to the compensation formula. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 2 with Chandler Asset Management for Investment Advisory Services.
