Consideration of Resolution No. 2020-47 adopting the Housing Element for the Mid Cycle (2017 - 2021) and approving the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Notice of Exemption. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution No. 2020-47 titled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL ADOPTING THE UPDATED HOUSING ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN (MID-CYCLE 2017-2021) AND APPROVING THE NOTICE OF EXEMPTION
