Consideration to Award a Traffic Signal Maintenance Services Contract to Crosstown Electrical & Data, Inc. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Award a Traffic Signal Maintenance Services contract to Crosstown Electrical & Data, Inc. for three (3) years and two (2) one (1) year extensions in the amount of $300,000 for three (3) years; and 2. Authorize the Community Services Director to execute change orders for services in the total amount not to exceed $30,000 (ten percent of the total contract amount) for any additional work.
