Fiscal Year 2021-22 Proposed Budget. (City Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution No. 2021- 29 titled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL ADOPTING THE CITY BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2021 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2022
Consideration of Amendment No. 3 with California Consulting, LLC for Grant Administration Services. (City Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve Amendment No. 3 with California Consulting, LLC for a one-year term from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.
Approve Amendment No. 2 with American Guard Services, Inc., for Crossing Guard Services. (City Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council discuss and choose one of the following options regarding the crossing guard services: 1. Cancel the contract; or 2. Approve Amendment No. 2 with American Guard Services, Inc., for Crossing Guard Services and direct staff to proceed with an RFP in FY 21/22; or 3. Cancel the contract and direct staff to proceed with an RFP. However, this option will most likely result in a delay of services for a few months.
Approve a new 3-year Agreement with LogMeIn USA, Inc. (formerly Jive Communications) for Telecommunication Services. (Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve a new Agreement with LogMeIn USA, Inc. for Telecommunication Services.
Approve Willdan Engineering Contract Amendment No. 3 for Professional City Engineering Services. (City Council) Recommendation: approve Amendment No. 3 to the Willdan Engineering Contract: a) Extend the term of the Agreement for one year, to June 30, 2022; b) Increase the compensation maximum for FY 19/20 and FY 20/21 by $583,000; c) Set the FY 21/22 annual compensation maximum at $1,405,000; and d) Increase the maximum compensation under the extended five-year contract by an additional $1,988,000, from $4,322,806 to $6,311,000.
