Consideration to Approve a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with GameTime® – PlayCore Wisconsin, Inc.- for the Purchase and Installation of a New Outdoor Fitness Gym for Ernest Debs Park. (City Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution 2021-32 titled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL APPROVING THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION FOR GRANT FUNDS FROM THE LOS ANGELES REGIONAL PARK AND OPEN SPACE DISTRICT FOR MEASURE A FUNDING FOR THE ERNEST DEBS PARK FITNESS GYM REHABILITATION PROJECT 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement with GameTime® for the purchase and installation of a Fitness Gym at Ernest Debs Park subject to approval of the City Attorney’s office.
