Approve a New Agreement with Real Estate Consulting & Services, Inc. (REC&S), for Mobile Home Parks and Housing Unit Maintenance Services for an amount not to exceed $211,000 per year, with a one-year extension. (Bell Community Housing Authority) Recommendation: It is recommended that the Chair and Members of the Board approve a new Agreement with Real Estate Consulting & Services, Inc. (REC&S), for Mobile Home Parks and Housing Unit Maintenance Services for one year, with a one-year extension.
Crisis Housing Agreement with The Salvation Army. (City Council) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve in form the Crisis Housing Agreement with The Salvation Army; and 2. Approve entering into negotiations for Subcontracting Agreements with surrounding cities to share the costs of the Crisis Housing beds.
