Related Agencies: Arroyo, Gallardo, Saleh, Quintana, and Romero
Public Hearing - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Bell Authorizing the
Recording of Liens Against Various Real Properties in the City for Delinquent Rubbish

Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council read by title only, waive further
reading and adopt Resolution 2021-40 tilted:
“A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BELL, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE RECORDING OF
LIENS AGAINST VARIOUS REAL PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF BELL FOR DELINQUENT RUBBISH COLLECTION
CHARGES”
