General Plan Conformance for the Disposition of Five City/Successor Agency Owned Parcels and an Alley Recommendation: It is recommended that the Planning Commission ready by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution 2017-03-PC titled: A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BELL FINDING THAT THE DISPOSITION OF FIVE CITY AND SUCCESSOR AGENCY OWNED PARCELS AND ALLEY TO BE IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE GOALS, OBJECTIVES AND POLICIES OF THE BELL GENERAL PLAN 8.
