Read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution 2021-39 titled: “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL ACCEPTING THE FLORENCE AVENUE PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT AS COMPLETE AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO PREPARE AND FILE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY RECORDER”; and 2. Authorize staff to release retention thirty-five (35) days after the filing of the Notice of Completion.
