It is recommended that the City Council read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution 2022-57 titled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL APPROVING THE POLICE RECRUIT PAY AT 20% BELOW STEP A OF THE POLICE OFFICER SALARY RANGE AND APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE BELL POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION MOU 2021-2024

10. It is recommended that the City Council read by title only, waive further reading and adopt the following resolutions: 1. Resolution No. 2022-55 -- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL ADOPTING AND REESTABLISHING THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-23 ANNUAL LEVY Meeting of the Bell City Council and Related Agencies August 24, 2022 RATE TO MEET THE CITY OF BELL GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SERIES 2018A AND SERIES 2018B 2. Resolution No. 2022-56 -- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BELL ADOPTING AND REESTABLISHING THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-23 RATE OF ANNUAL VOTER-APPROVED PROPERTY TAX OVERRIDE TO FUND PENSION AND OTHER RETIREE OBLIGATIONS
